We designed and co-facilitated a full-day workshop for a global C-suite team entering a new strategic chapter, amid market change and new leadership at the top.
Ten senior leaders came together to strengthen alignment, collaboration and communication, and define what high performance needed to look like in practice.
Using LEGO® Serious Play® and current-state / future-state exercises, the team moved from discussion to decisions, leaving with clearer actions, stronger alignment and a practical plan for what came next.
