My
Story...
I’m fascinated by people and passionate about the power of personal development. No matter how senior you are, I believe there’s always an opportunity to develop and work better.
I find it incredibly rewarding to train and mentor my clients. It’s a privilege to support senior executives, teams and individuals who want to learn, grow and progress professionally.
Previous to my career in executive coaching, I spent over a decade in the FMCG sector in sales and leadership roles for brands such as Lucozade and Ribena.
This experience underpins my business coaching and mentoring credentials, namely certified training in DiSC personality profiling; an ILM qualification (degree equivalent) in business coaching and mentoring; and a certification in Mental Health First Aid.
To enhance my delivery of creative and inclusive business coaching, I’m also a LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator and Trainer.
As your business coach my mission is to arm you with the skills to lead confidently and improve business performance.
In my partnerships with senior leaders I’ve worked with household names including Weetabix, Volvo Trucks and Warner Bros UK.
Clients have commended my “life changing” coaching that has allowed their teams to “perform more effectively”, and which has been “invaluable” during turbulent times.
Hosting The Coaching Cast podcast has indulged my enthusiasm for personal development alongside Future You; allowing me an additional platform to share work-related ideas, hints and tips to a wider audience, and ensure my insight and professional advice is inclusively available.
