Business success starts with the people behind it.
About Future You Coaching & Consulting
Based in Manchester and working across Cheshire, the UK and internationally, Future You was founded in 2021 to support the people responsible for leading, growing and delivering within businesses.
We work with managing directors, CEOs, senior leaders and scaling founders facing greater complexity, increasing commercial pressure and higher expectations of both themselves and the business.
Our approach is simple, we cut through the noise, create clarity and turn complex challenges into practical action that strengthens both personal and business performance.
We unlock the person. We unlock the performance. We unlock the business.
Meet Suzy
I'm Suzy Hunt, founder of Future You, Executive Coach and Fractional Sales Director.
Before moving into coaching and consulting, I spent more than a decade in FMCG sales and leadership, working with global brands including Lucozade, Ribena, Weetabix and Warner Bros.
Today, I work privately with managing directors, CEOs, senior leaders and scaling founders through 1:1 executive coaching. Alongside this, I work inside £5m+ SMEs and private family offices as a Fractional Sales Director and Sales Turnaround Consultant.
FutureYou is also supported by a small, experienced associate team across selected sales and leadership projects.
I understand the numbers, but I also understand the person responsible for delivering them.
Developing the person and the business.
My approach brings together real-world commercial leadership, executive coaching and behavioural insight.
That means we can work on the person behind the performance while staying firmly grounded in what the business needs to achieve.

Trusted when the stakes are high.
I am that person who will go to the top with you and then keep you there.
Much of my work happens behind the scenes, supporting senior leaders and businesses through decisions, pressure and periods of significant growth.
Whether the challenge sits with the person at the top or inside the sales function, the work is discreet, commercially grounded and focused on stronger performance that lasts.
