Hi, I'm Suzy and I work with scaling businesses, ambitious founders, CEOs and leadership teams to unlock both commercial performance and personal leadership capability - combining executive coaching with hands-on sales consultancy.
With over a decade of commercial sales and leadership experience, I support businesses as a Fractional Sales Director and trusted leadership partner, helping align strategy with execution, strengthen pipeline performance and build confident, accountable teams.
Whether we’re refining sales structure, improving forecasting or developing leadership clarity, my focus is always the same: practical action, measurable impact and sustainable growth.
